SHERRY KENNEDY
I have been in the business of helping companies and organizations market their business for the past 40 years. To begin my industry experience, I was a secretary for a gentleman in Chicago and then decided to go into sales. In 1987 my husband,Tom, and I moved to Texas. At that time we decided to make the break and start our own business. We were doing well, but wanted to have the opportunity to offer our customers more than just promotional items. So in October 2000 we joined Proforma and changed our name to Proforma A-Z Specialties.
My Team consists of Sheri McBride, Office Manager; Jackie Cooper, Executive Sales Assistant to me; Clayton Chrietzberg, Graphic Designer; Hayley Pope, Independent Sales Rep, and Melinda Klement, Independent Sales Rep. Together we have over 100 years of experience to help you with any marketing, branding, printing, or promotional products and services.
I married my best friend and partner Tom in 1976. We started working together in 1975. In 1976 we took other positions and came back to working together again in 1986. We have one daughter who is a teacher, and a step-son and step-daughter along with 6 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. In my spare time I enjoy shopping and scrap booking.
TOM KENNEDY
Along with my wife, Sherry, we own and operate Proforma A-Z Specialties in Duncanville, Texas. I should say she operates and I am enjoying my retirement days!
We are proud of our organizations and proud to be members of the Proforma Million Dollar Club. We have assembled a great team that can offer over 100 years of experience in the promotional and print marketing business.
SHERI MCBRIDE
I became a Proforma owner in 1999 and came across a sample magnet that still hangs in my office today. “Choose a job you love and you’ll never have to work a day in your life.” These words could not better express my passion and pleasure of being a member of the Proforma family. In 2004 I merged my Proforma Your Business Solutions with Proforma A-Z Specialties. The merger allowed us all to follow our passions and dreams. Tom has now retired and I am actively searching for the island and beach to retire on.

CLAYTON CHRIETZBERG
I joined the Proforma A-Z Specialties team as their Graphic Designer in February of 2006. I have always had a passion for art and knew at a young age that I would pursue a career in Graphic Design. I earned my A.A.S. in Graphic Design from Westwood College of Dallas in 2005. I am always excited to accept new challenges to expand my creativity and knowledge in my field with each customer and help bring their ideas to life.
JACKIE COOPER
I am the Executive Sales Assistant to Sherry Kennedy. I have been a part of the Proforma team since July 2018, but have been apart of the industry for the last 15 years. Making the move to Proforma A-Z Specialties was by far my best business decision ever. Working as part of such an amazing team/family that makes and achieves goals together is a true blessing!
On a personal note I am a mom, stepmom and a Mimi to the cutest little girl ever! I love photography, crafting and enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery God has given us.

MELINDA KLEMENT
I joined the Proforma A-Z Specialties in 2019. This is one amazing company for sure. I have worked in the apparel business for over 8 years with CreekSide Graphix, a business of my own, and wanted to further my selling options. I joined with Proforma who can do just that. Now I am able to supply any promotional or apparel product there is. My other jobs prior to this have always been working with the public. I love meeting new people and seeing smiling faces. I am a mother of two; a son and daughter which I am very proud of and a wife, as well as, friend to many!
HAYLEY POPE
I am one of the newest additions to the Proforma A-Z Specialties team, and what a great team it is! I am Sales Representative for the Chicago/Rockford Illinois area. I have about 15 years of customer service experience in a variety of specialties. However, in 2009 my husband and I decided that I could be a stay at home mom for our 3 beautiful children. Now that my youngest is in school full time, we decided that it was time to go back to work. Joining Proforma A-Z Specialties was such a fantastic opportunity for me, and I am so excited to spread my wings and soar with this company!
